Success Fee *

By ticking this box – You agree that you are one of the directors above or have the authority to agree on behalf of the director(s). You agree to pay Howe Commercial Finance, a success fee equal to 3% for funding secured between £1,000 - £256,000, 2% for funding secured between £257,000 - £506,000, 1.5% for funding secured between £507,000 - £756,000 and 1% for funding secured of £757,000 plus, secured by Howe Commercial Finance for which Howe Commercial Finance or partners was the procuring cause of the financing for a period of 12 months from the execution of this Agreement. The success fee does not include any point(s) to be paid to the lending institution, closing costs or any point(s) or fees paid to other consultants for their services. The success fee is fully earned by Howe Commercial Finance when the finance has been approved in writing by us with terms and conditions acknowledged in writing to be acceptable to you, the client. This fee will be collected on the day of draw-down of the financing. If we cannot procure your financing, there is no fee to pay.

Authorisation *

by ticking this box and submitting this application, you authorise us to approach our panel of lenders with your proposal in order to issue you with terms. Please note we do not carry out credit searches and this application does not affect your credit rating. Our lenders may run soft searches to determine their appetite to lend, however this will not affect your credit rating.
